    Plato analysis in evaluation of nursing satisfaction

    • Objective: To explore the role of Plato analysis in the improvement of nursing satisfaction.Methods: Some in-patients were investigated by questionnaire and the results were demonstrated by Plato Statistical Chart.The main disfaction resons were found out and feasible measures were taken to improve the nursing care.Results: 81.0% of the patients dissatisfaction was about inspection,health-education and skill,which decreased to 14.0% after rectification.Conclusions: With the help of Plato analysis,nursing supervisors can pick out key factors from the complicated nursing problems,which will help to improve the quality of nursing care and reduce the fault to the least.
