Optimal extraction technique of Weiling granules

Objective: To screen and optimize the extraction technique of Weiling granules.Methods: The extraction yield of total flavonoids and 80% alcohol extractive were been as the investigative indexes,the best extraction technique was evaluated by orthogonal experimental design.Results: The optimized extraction technique was that the decoction pieces were added with 9 times of water,extracting three times for 50 minutes every time.Conclusions: The optimum extraction was simple,reasonable and useful for further development.
