Radio frequency therapy with self-curing knife for benign uterus disease and perioperative nursing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of radio frequency therapy with self-curing knife for benign uterus disease and nursing of the patients during operation.Methods:Radio frequency therapy under ultrasonic guidance was performed in 60 cases of uterus myoma with diameter of less than 5 cm and 8 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding were recorded after the operation,and all the cases were followed up regularly.Results:Among the 60 cases of uterus myoma,57 cases were cured and 2 improved with a cure rate of 91.8% and an effective rate of 97.2%.Seven of the 8 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding were cured with a cure rate of 87.5% and an effective rate of 100%.Conclusions:Radio frequency therapy with self-curing knife is a new minimally invasive surgical procedure for treatment of benign uterus disease with affirmed results.
