The features and its significance of myelogram for the patients of simultaneous peripheral blood cell reduction

    • Objective: To explore the features and significance of myelogram of patients with simultaneous reduction of the ternary systems i.e.peripheral blood hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell(WBC) and blood platelet count(BPC).Methods: The bone marrow punctures were made on 211 cases patients suffered from the peripheral blood ternary sorts cells simultaneous reductions to carry out the cytomorphology tests. Results: Among the 196 cases(other 15 cases' marrow without special changes) which were identified with myelogram,55 cases(26.4%) were diagnosed as malignant blood system diseases,107 cases(50.7%),as diverse anemia,18 cases(8.5%),as hypersplenism and 16 cases(7.6%),as others. Conclusions: Most cases of peripheral blood ternary sorts cells simultaneous reductions can be found in bone marrow and the myelogram changes of patients manifest diversifications.A good master of these features of changes will facilitate to assay the causes and improve the myelogram diagnostic level.
