Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing based on remote management on the anticoagulation risk management and quality of life of postoperative gynecological malignant tumor patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after discharge.
Methods A total of 96 patients with DVT after gynecological malignant tumor surgery were selected, and divided into the observation group (n = 48 cases) and control group (n = 48 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group were given the conventional continuous care, while the observation group were implemented continuous care based on the remote nursing management model on the base of control group. basis. The total score of anticoagulation knowledge, treatment compliance, incidence of bleeding, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and quality of life in two groups after intervention were observed and compared.
Results There was no statistical significance in the total score of anticoagulation therapy knowledge between two groups at discharge (P > 0.05). After 3 months of discharge, the total score of anticoagulation knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.01). After the intervention, the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 81.25%, which was higher than 56.25% of the control group (P < 0.01). The incidence of bleeding, SAS score and quality of life score in two groups were significantly improved (P < 0.01), and the improvement amplitude of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
Conclusions The continuous nursing model based on the remote nursing management mode can not only enhance the anticoagulation risk management ability for patients with DVT after gynecological malignant tumor surgery, but also alleviate patients' negative emotions and improve their quality of life, and reduce the incidence of medical adverse events.
