Effect of the low-dose aminophylline injection through micro-pump in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in 122 children

Objective: To explore the effects of the low-dose aminophylline injection through micro-pump in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis of children.Methods: One hundred and twenty-two children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(62 case) and control group(60 cases).The control group were treated with traditional method,the treatment group were treated with low-dose aminophylline on the basis of traditional method.The therapeutic effects between two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group after treatment(P<0.01).The cough,rales wheezing sound in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions: The effects of low-dose aminophylline in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children are remarkable.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
