Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of advanced dynamic flow (ADF) in incomplete abortion induced by drugs. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients who were still bleeding after abortion induced by drugs for more than two weeks were examined by transvaginal color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and ADF.And the outcome of 59 cases was compared with that by histological examinations after uterine curettage. Results:The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy by ADF were 91.49%,83.33% and 89.83%,respectively,and the positive and negative predictive values reached 95.56% and 71.43%,which were higher than the 68.09%,66.67%,67.80%,88.89% and 34.78% by CDFI.The accuracy by ADF was higher than CDFI (P<0.05).Conclusions:ADF is of great value in the diagnosis of incomplete abortion induced by drugs.
