Extra-vascula prosthesis operation on valve of femoral vein

Objective: To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of extra-vascular prosthesis operation on deep venous insufficiency of lower limb.Methods: The clinical data of 10 cases of chronic venous insufficiency treated by extra-vascular prosthesis operation were analyzed retrospectivly.Results: The successful rate was 100%,and the symptoms vanished completely.All the cases were followed up for 6 to 18 monthes after operation and no recurrence was observed.Conclusions: Extra-vascula prosthesis operation has the advantages of tiny trauma,few omplications and affirmative effect in treatment of deep venous insufficiency of the lower limb.
