    • Objective:To evaluate the nursing methods on lung cancer patients treated with CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation(RFA) under intravenous anesthesia. Methods:Eleven patients were treated with CT-guided RFA. All patients were received health education and psychological nursing before operation, careful co-operating during operation and corresponding observation after operation. Results:The successful rate of RFA was 100%. The complications were not observed during operation, however, after RFA, the symptom of fever from 37.5 to 38.6℃ was appeared in 5 cases, chest pain happened in 3 cases and hemoptysis in 3 cases. These complications were quickly disappeared through corresponding treatment and enhancing nursing. Conclusions:Intensive nursing and active care during perioperative period of RFA are contributed to increase the successful rate of operation and decrease the incidence of complication. It is necessary to discover and deal with the complications as early as possible and promote postoperative recovery.
