Analysis of magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis in traumatic marrow edema

Objective: To improve the level of MRI diagnosis in traumatic marrow edema.Methods: The MRI of 21 patients with traumatic limbs,but without abnormal findings by X-ray or CT scan was analyzed.Results: There were 30 traumatic medulla oedema focuses in the 21 patients.T₁WI detected 26（86.7%）and T₂WI detected 19（63.3%）,and all of the focuses were shown on the STIR series（100%）.Conclusions: MRI in traumatic medulla oedema could improve the diagnosis value and clinical significance.
