    • Objective: To investigate the relativity between Pre-S1 antigen and hepatitis B virus serum markers(HBV M).Methods: Four hundred and fifty-seven HBsAg positive serums were inspected by ELISA and the relationship between HBV-M and Pre-S1 antigen were analyzed.Results: Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-M had different relativity and independent inspection value.Conclusions: As the index of infection and reproduction of HBV,Pre-S1 antigen is much more sensitive than HBeAg.Pre-S1 antigen is related to the activity of HBV and has the supplemental function to HBV-M inspection.
