Diagnosis and therapy of gynecologic acute abdomen with laparoscope: A report of 67 cases

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and therapy value of laparoscope in the gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods: The retrospective analysis for 67 patients with gynecologic acute abdomen were performed based on the laparoscope and based on whether or not the patients who want babies.Excision of oviduct on the affected side plus the ligation of the oviduct on the healthy side were formed and at the same time the conservative operation on the oviduct,the ovariotomy and the conglutination release were performed.Results: All patients could be cured in time without complications.Conclusions: The treatment of the gynecological acute abdomen with laparoscope is significantly effective with short hospitalization time and less pains without more complications.So far it is the most effective for the gynecological abdomen,especially for the young patients who want babies.
