The curative effect of albuterol combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma acute attack in children and its effect on pulmonary function

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Albuterol combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma acute attack in children and its effects on pulmonary function.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six children were divided into observation group and control group.The control group were treated with anti-infection,and regular inhaling corticosteroids and oxygen,the observation group were treated with Salbutamol and Budesonide on the basis of the control group treatment.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 95.24% and 73.02%，respectively.The therapeutic effects of observation group were better than that of control group(PPPPPConclusions:The treatment of Salbutamol combined with Budesonide can improve the clinical efficacy of children with asthma acute attack,which is the ideal,safe and effective therapy method.
