Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of carcinoma antigen 153(CA153) and malignant tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in breast cancer diagnosis. Methods:The changes of serum CA153 and TSGF before and after treatment were detected by electrochemical luminescence method and chemical colorimetric method in 20 breast cancer patients,20 breast surgery patients with benign lesions, and 20 healthy controls. Results:In contrast to benign group and control group, there had statistical significances about the levels of serum CA153 and TSGF in malignant group(P0.05).There had statistical significances about the concentration of serum TSGF(P0.01),but no statistics about the concentration of CA153(P0.05) between benign group and control group. And there had no significant statistics between the two methods. Conclusions:The serum CA153 and TSGF tumor markers are valuable indicators in early detection of malignant tumors.
