Langerhans cell histiocytosis of skin around the anus with eczematoid carcinoma as the main manifestation：a case report and review of literatures

Objective：To investigate the clinicopathologic features,biological characteristics of langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH) and its differentiated diagnosis.Methods：One case of LCH was reported and the clinicopathological features were summarized by literature review.Results：The case was performed two times of histopathological,diagnosis and the langerhans cells infiltrated in the dermis.The tumor cells were positivity for CD1 and S-100.Conclusions：Pathological examination is the reliable measure for diagnosis of LCH.
