    Clinical analysis of 120 cases of no prolapse with transvaginal hysterectomy

    • Objective:To explore the clincal values of the transvaginal hysterectomy for no prolapse.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases no prolapse were divided into observion group(80 cases) which were treated with transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH) and control group(40 cases) which were treated with transabdominal hysterectomy(TAH).The operation time,amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative condition of two groups were observed.Results:The operation of group TVH were successful,and none of laparotomy.Compared with group TAH,the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of operation,anal discharge,postoperative ambulation and hospital stay were less,and there were significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Compared with TAH,the TVH is easy to handle,less bleeding,light pain,eraly anal discharge and in favor ofmental health,and worth promoting.
