Expression of L-selectin in HepG2 cell line of hepatocellular carcinoma

To observe the expression of Lelectin in human hepatocellular caroinoma cell line(HepG2)and humannormal liver cell line(L-02). Methods:The gene mRNA and protein expression levels of Lelectin in HepG2 and L-02 were detectedby RTCR and flow cytometry respectively.
