Effect of curcumin on the growth of gastric cancer cell BGC-823 ihvitro

To observe the effect of curcumin(CCM)on the growth of gastric cancer cell BGC23. Methods:Humangastric cancer cell BGC23 was cultured with various concentrations of CCM(0,306090 and 120 p,mol/L)for 24 hours and 48hours. The proliferation of BGC23 cell was measured by MTT colorimetric assayand the cell cycle distribution was examined by11owcytometry. Cell apoptosis was determined by TUNEL.
