  • Objective:To compare the pathology differences of cystoscopic biopsy and transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),and evaluate their diagnosis and treatment values in bladder tumor. Methods:The pathological grades of tumor with cystoscopic biopsy and TURBT of 122 cases were analysed. Results:The accordance rates of the pathological results of cystoscope biopsy and TURBT were 66.4%.Compared with pathological levels of postoperation, the pathological grades of 30 cases increased, and decreased in 11 cases, and the differences was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusions:Preoperative pathological grades of cystoscopic biopsy are lower than that of postoperation, which may affect treatment program and should be paid more attention.
