Abstract

Objective:To investigate the safety,efficacy of surgical treatment uterine septum with uteroscope.Methods:Uterine septum of 123 cases were operated with uteroscope under normal saline or 5% glucose continuous injection.Results:In 123 cases,108 cases were full term pregnant childbirth,13 cases were abortion after pregnancy,and 2 cases were no pregnancy.None of them emerged side injury and complications.Conclusions:For treatment uterine septum with uteroscope,the effects are good,surgical pain is light,and recovery is quick.The operation can complete under local anesthesia,can maintain the integrity of reproductive organ,and return the fertility of the majority patients.
