Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of clinical application of computer X-ray in decreasing X-ray dose during the chest bedside photograph of the newborn.Methods:One hundred newborns irradiated by FUJI-IP with mobile bedside X-ray machine and 100 images were obtained.All newborns were randomly divided into group A and group B(50 cases each group).Group A and B were irradiated with the lowest and conventional mAs,respectively.The radiation doses,picture quality and minute structure of the image of two groups and its value of clinical application were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results:The radiation doses of group A and B were(0.029 50.030 57)mSv and(0.135 10.036 27) mSv,respectively,which difference was statistical significance(t=15.74,P0.01).The differences of the piece rate and minute structure of the image of group A and B were not statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions:Utilizing the existing equipments,the radiation dose can be decreased by altering projection condition of bedside photograph,which does not affect the diagnosis.
