Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical effects of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside on neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:Sixty-two neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional way;and the treatment group was treated with conventional way combined with monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside intravenous drip(20 mg per day)for 10-14 days.The recovery of the clinical symptoms and behavioral neurological assessment scores of all neonates were compared.Results:The clinical symptoms and behavioral neurological assessment scores of the treatment group were better than that of the control group(P0.01).Conclusions:The early treatment for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside have significant effects and no adverse reactions.
