Abstract
Objective:To investigate the incidence, causes and treatment measures of acute kidney injury(AKI) and provide the basis for early prevention. Methods:The causes, clinical manifestations, severity and treatment and prognosis of 56 cases were retrospectively analysed. Results:There were no significant difference in transitions of patients with the different causes, higher mortalities in cases with higher grade of AKI(P0.05),and the similar mortalities in cases with dialysis and non-dialysis(P0.05).Conclusions:The recovery of AKI is closely related to its causes and classification. The case treated with dialysis is not obviously improved. The early diagnosis and treatment of AKI can improve recovery and survival rate.
