Abstract
Objective: To establish standardized measuring method for blood lead. Methods: Tungsren-ship atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS) was used to measuring blood lead level.According to the standard and regulation for blood lead detection from NCCLS and bureau of health, following performances were evaluated:inprecision, inaccuracy, method checking line, quantitative checking line, reportable range, cross contamination etc. Results: The blood lead level was highly consistent with adsorption value, the coefficient r=0.999 9(t=103.06,P<0.01);the inprecision, inaccuracy, methods test line and quantitative test line all meet the clinical need. The quantitative data could be provided when the blood lead level below 298 μg/L.Average cross contamination rates were 0.378%-0.394%.Experiment result fulfilled all demand for performance evaluation. Conclusions: Successfully establish measurement protocol with stable, repeatable and significant clinical development value.
