Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive interventions combined with drugs in treatment of hypertension. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the control and the observation groups,60 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were received comprehensive intervention combined with drugs while the patients in control group were given with drug only. The changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, diastolic and systolic blood pressure were decreased significantly compared with before in both groups(P0.01),and in observation group, diastolic and systolic blood pressure were decreased significantly than in control group(P0.01);the total effective rate in observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than 80% in control group(P0.05).Conclusions:The combination of comprehensive interventions and drugs for hypertension patients may be more effective in reducing blood pressure, improving clinical efficacy, and it can eliminate or reduce the health risk factors and improve the quality of life.
