Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of 64 row helical CT in the follow-up of coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:Twenty-seven cases with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) were examined, revascularizated and angiographied with 64 row helical CT,and the grafts imaging were analyzed.Results:Twenty-seven cases were treated with 79 arteries blood vessels bridge, and images ofall grafts were obtained by using coronary angiography, which included 24 internal mammary grafts,52 saphenous vein grafts and 3 radial artery grafts. The bridge hemal stricture rates were 25.0% in internal mammary grafts,57.7% in saphenous vein grafts and 66.7% in radial artery grafts under 64 row helical CT,which had no statistical significance(P0.05) compared with coronaryangiography. The false positive and negative rates of 64 row helical CT were 8.6% and 2.3% respectively.Conclusions:Sixty-four row helical CT is a safe, fast and non-invasive diagnostic method, which is a ideal method for follow up coronary artery bypass grafting.
