Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation on supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods:Forty-six children with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ Gartland supracondylar fracture of humerus and,without blood vessel and nerve injuries injury were treated with cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation and fixed by plaster splint for two weeks.The plaster splint were pulled out and the function of elbow flex was exercised after 4 weeks.Results:Optimal in 33 cases,good in 11 cases and poor in 2 cases were observed according to the Dodgt's standard,and the excellent rates were 95.7%.Conclusions:Treatment supracondylar fracture of humerus with cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation is little invasion,easy operation and good effects,which is worth of popularizing.
