Abstract
Objective: To judge the compartment model of aminophylline by vessel injection and work out its pharmacokinetic parameters.Methods: The serum theophylline concentration by vessel injection was detected through two wavelength ultrviolet spectrophotometry,and the pharmacokenetic parameters were studied according to the related theory.Results: The compartment model of aminophylline by vessel injection matched the double compartment model,the formula of its pharmacokinetics was C = 14.46e-3.451t+10.40e-0.114t.Conclusions: The serum theophylline concentration could be detected by two wavelength ultraviolate spectrophotometry,its metabolism in body matched the double compartment model,the formula of its pharmacokinetics could also be made out.
