Titanium cable combined with patella claw internal fixation for the treatment of 23 cases with comminuted fracture of patella

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Titanium cable combined with patella claw in the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture.Methods:The clinical data of twenty-three cases with comminuted patellar fracture treated with Titanium cable combined with patella claw internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years.All fractures healed,the function of knee joint was good,the patella claw was not fault and falling off,and the internal fixation was not loosening.Conclusions:Titanium cable combined with patella claw internal fixation for the treatment of patella fracture is easy to operate and reliable fixation,and the fracture healing is quick.Patients can early exercise,and the functional restoration of knee joint is good.
