The influence factor analysis for the floating pregnant women choosing cesarean section

Objective:To analyse the influence factors of the floating pregnant women choosing cesarean section(CS)and provide scientific guidance for their health care.Methods:The influence factors of 373 pregnant women choosing CS were investigated by questionnaire.Results:Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the elderly pregnant women,highly educational level,abortion history and the male newborn were theincreasing choice factors of the CS.Pregnant women tend to CS and thought CS was safe,which were also the increasing choice factors of the CS was(P0.05 to P0.01).Conclusions:To improve the midwifery skills and strengthen the health education for the floating pregnant women can control the excess use of CS.
