Abstract
Objective: To observe the proportions of TH17-like cells and TH22-like cells in T cells and T cells in healthy adult peripheral blood. Methods: Eighteen healthy adult peripheral blood samples were stained with fluorescent antibody and the percentages of interleukin-22, interleukin-17 and IFN--producing cells in T cells and T cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results: The CD3 + T cells in the whole blood cells were divided into two groups: T cells and T cells. The proportions of TH1-like cells,TH17- like cells and TH22-like cells in T cells were 14.31%,1 .16% and 1.06%, respectively. While the proportions of TH1-like cells, TH17-like cells and TH22-like cells in T cells were 61.07%,0.27% and 0.91%, respectively. The proportion of TH1-like cells in T cells was lower than in T cells, and the proportion of TH17-like cells in T cells was higher than in T cells (P0.01) .There were no statistical differences about the proportion of TH22-like cells in T cells and in T cells(P0.05) .Conclusions: There exists IL-17 and IL-22 double-positive T17 cell subpopulation and IL-22 single-positive T22 cell subpopulation in T cells. But the proportions are lower than those in T cells.
