Clinical analysis of the relationship between pancreatic leakage and three types of pancreaticojejunostomy

    • Objective: To investigate the relationship between pancreatic leakage and pancreaticojejunostomy of pancreatico- jejunal postoperation and search the effective operation to prevent the pancreatic leakage. Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients were operated using pancreaticodudenectomy including 48 cases with pancreatico-jejunal ene-to-end binding,37 cases with end-to-side anastomosis and 29 cases with pancreatico-jejunal sleeve anastomosis. Results: Twenty cases with pancreatic leakage were detected, which accounted for 17.5% including 8 cases in pancreatico-jejunal ene-to-end binding,5 cases in end-to-side anastomosis and 7 cases in pancreatico-jejunal sleeve anastomosis. The incidence differences of pancreatic leakage of three types of pancreaticojejunostomy were not statistical significant(P0.05) .Conclusions: The effects of three types of pancreaticojejunostomy are not different and the skilled operation technology can obviously reduce the incidence of pancreatic leakage.
