Clinical analysis of laparoscopic complex myomectomy for 22 cases

Objective: To investigate the feasibility and technique of laparoscopic complex myomectomy.Methods: The clinical data of 22 cases undergone laparoscopic complex myomectomy were retrospectively analyzed， and compared with the data of 36 cases undergone traditional open surgery at the same time.The operation time， intraoperative bleeding，postoperative exhausting time，analgesic using， postoperative morbidity，wound healing，postoperative hospital stays and follow-up were recorded.Results: The operation of 22 cases were successfully completed under laparoscope.Compared with the cases undergone traditional open surgery， the cases undergone laparoscopic myomectomy were less bleeding， fast recovery of intestinal function， less postoperative morbidity and pain， short hospital stays and long operation time(P0.05 toP0.01) .Conclusions: The laparoscopic complex myomectomy is safety， feasible and has good development prospect on the basis of mastering laparoscopic surgical operation and suture techniques.
