Renal cyst unroofing decompression through single span laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches:a report of 11 cases

Objective: To explore the feasibility and safety of renal cyst unroofing decompression through laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches based on self-made single span.Methods:The clinical data of 11 patients undergone renal cyst unroofing decompression through single span laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All operations were smooth and no transfer open.The time of operation was 55 to 75 minutes,intraoperative bleeding was 15 to 50 ml and postoperative hospitalization was 3 to 7 days.Conclusions:The self-made single span laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches for renal cyst unroofing decompression is feasible and safe.
