Analysis of the factors of orthodontic compliance

Objective: To investigate the related factors of influencing orthodontic compliance.Methods:Four hundred patients with orthodontic treatment were surveyed by questionnaire,and their clinical data were analyzed.Among them there are 52 children,25 teenages,95 adults.Results:The results of questionnaire investigation of children,senior and teenager group were not statistical significance(P0.05).The difference of clinical case compliance of three group was statistical significance(P0.01),the clinical case compliance of teenager group was lower than that of senior group(P0.01).Conclusions:Good doctor patient relationships and necessary intervention can improve the compliance of orthodontic patients.
