Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of LEEP combined interferon on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) with high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV) infection. Methods: One hundred and twenty-six cases with CIN were randomly divided into the observation group and control(63 cases each group) .Two groups were treaed with LEEP after Hybrid Capture II generation(HC-II) test, and the surgical specimens were detected by pathological examination. The operation time, wound healing time and the postoperative complications incidence rates were observed. The observation group were added interferon-,but not for the control group. The postive rates of HPV of two groups were compared in the 6 and 12 months after surgery. Results: The operative and wound healing time, postoperative complications rats of two groups were not significant different(P0.05) .The cure rates of the observation and control group were 98.4% and 88.9 % respectively, which were not statistical significant(P0.05) in 6 months after surgery. The HPVpositive rates of the observation and control group were 6.3% and 30.2%, and 3.2% and 23.8% in 6 and 12 months after surgery respectively, which were statistical significant (P0.01) .Conclusions: LEEP combined interferon treatment can inhibit the HPV infection and reducing the recurrence of CIN.
