Abstract
Objective: To compare the safety and liver damage of three different blocking hepatic blood flow ways in hepatectomy. Methods: Sixty patients with hepatectomy were divided into group A, group B and group C,which were operated by blocking all hepatic inflow,hemi-hepatic inflow and reserving unilateral hepatic artery(20 cases each group) , respectively. The operation time, blood loss and postoperative liver function recovery of three groups were compared. Results: Blood loss of group B was more than in group A(P0.05) .There were no statistical differences in the time of operation and hepatic portal occlusion, complication(P0.05) .The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in group A were higher than that of group B and C at the postoperative day 7(P0.01) .The levels of total bilirubin(TB) in group A,group B and C at the postoperative day 1 and 7 was not statistically significant (P0.05 ) .Conclusions: Hepatectomy with hemi-hepatic artery reserved is a safe and less damage to liver.
