Improvement of transfusion method after baby getting burnt

Objective: To observe the effect of mixed liquid infusion on pediatric burn shock stage.Methods: One hundred and seventy-two patients whose age were 7 years old，total burn surface area 10% were analyzed， and divided into traditional infusion group A(89 cases) and mixed liquor style infusion group B(83 cases) ， in accordance with the infusion mode.The therapentic effects were compared among the two groups.Results: There were 15 cases in the two groups who through shock stage and left or turned hospital，1 cases of infection death，the rest were cured.Seven cases in group A suffered from brain edema，while in group B nobody had such symptom and only 3 cases had febrile convulsion and recovered after symptomatic treatment.Conclusions: Preparation of reasonable mixed liquid，can simplify the infusion process，to prevent shock and heart，lungs，and brain complications.
