Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of termination time on perinatals with severe preeclampsia(PE) .Methods: The clinical data, complications and clinical monitoring index of 206 perinatals with evere PE were retrospectively analysed. Results: The incidences of complications of early-onset PE were 93.02%,which were higher than that of late-onset PE(83.33%) (P0.05) .The early-onset PE with Apgar score greater than 7 and weight larger than 1500g were lower than that of late-onset PE(P0.05 andP0.01) .The perinatal mortality rates of two types of were 18.60% and 3.33% respectively, which difference was statistically significant (P0.01) .Conclusions: Conservative treatment to extend gestational age for 32 weeks can improve perinatal outcome.Various monitoring methods are the premise of conservative treatment and the termination time can affect the perinatal outcome.
