    Effects of early health education on children with brain injury

    • Objective: To summarize the methods and effects of early intervention on rehabilitation of children with brain injury.Methods: One hundred and twenty infants with high-risk brain injury were observed, 60 children were as treatment group, and other 60 children were as control group.The children in control group were given routine monitoring, the others in treatment group were given early intervention of additional measures.Results: After 1 years of following-up, the children in treatment group were better than in the control group at languages, sports, social ability, etc.The developmental quotient in the two groups was significant different(P0.01) .Conclusions: Early intervention is the good method in the treatment of children with brain injury, the sport and intellectual levels were raised,which can improve the prognosis.
