Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of the benign and malignant of the neck superficial enlarged lymph nodes. Methods: Eighty-nine cases with the neck superficial enlarged lymph nodes were detected by high frequency ultrasound Doppler ultrasound. The sizes and ratio value of long diameter /short diameter ratio(L/S) , shape, border, internal echo, resistance index(RI) and blood type and other sonographic features of the enlarged lymph nodes were observed. Results: The ratio value of L/S,boundary conditions, internal echo, lymph node door, blood type and RI of enlarged lymph nodes of the benign and malignant groups were statistically significant difference(P0.01) .Conclusions: The two-dimensional echocardiography combined with color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose the benign and malignant of neck superficial enlarged lymph nodes in a certain extent, which has important guiding significance in clinic.
