Application of holistic nursing care with responsibility system in hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula

Objective: To observe the effect of holistic nursing care with responsibility system on acute and chronic complicationsincidence rate of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods:Sixty-eight hemodialysis patients with holistic nursing care of responsibility system were randomly extracted as observation group,68 patients with routine care were as control group.The incidence rate of acute and chronic complications in internal arteriovenous fistula and the patient's satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:In observation group,the incidence of arteriovenous fistula infection,fistula plug,subcutaneous hematoma and bleeding were lower than that in control group (P0.05),and the degree of satisfaction was higher significantly (P0.01). Conclusions:The holistic nursing care with responsibility system can reduce the incidence of acute and chronic complications in arteriovenous fistula,improve patient satisfaction degree,deepen services connotation,and make the nurse-patient relationship more harmonious.
