Nursing experience in treatment of simple great saphenous vein varicosis with endovenous laser combined with high ligation

Objective: To summarize the nursing experience in treatment of simple great saphenous vein (GSV) varicosis with endovenous laser combined with high ligation.Methods: Twenty-three cases with GSV varicosis treated with endovenous laser combined with high ligation were nursed and educated on healfthy in preoperative and postoperative.Results: All cases cured without severe complications such as lower limb deep vein thrombosis.Conclusions: Treatment of simple GSV varicosis with endovenous laser combined with high ligation is simple to operate，quick recovery， small scar， short hospitalizing time and less of recur.Postoperative nursing is a central part of the successful operation.
