The efficacy of adrenaline combined with vasopressin in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

    • ObjectiveTo explore the effects of adrenaline combined with vasopressin in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: The data of 67 cases with respiratory and cardiac arrest were retrospectively. All cases were divided into the treatment group( 42 cases)which were treated with the first dose of 1 mg adrenaline, and 40 IU vasopressin added after 3 minutes. In the control group( 35 cases)which were treated with 1 mg adrenaline. The spontaneous recovery time of heart rate, the effective recovery cases of 1 hour, the successful recovery cases of 24 hours and the survival cases after discharge of two groups were observed. Results: The spontaneous recovery time of heart rate, the effective recovery cases of 1 hour, the successful recovery cases of 24 hours of the treatmet group were obviously better than that of the control group( P 0.05) .There was no significantly statistical difference between the survival cases after discharge of two groups( P 0.05) . Conclusions: The treatment with adrenaline combined with vasopressin in cardiopulmonary resuscitation can short the recovery time of spontaneous cardiac rhythm, improve the recovery efficiency of 1 hour and 24 hours, but there was not significant effects on the survival cases after discharge between two groups
