Results: The scores of the SQLQ-W and QOL-BREF of two groups were obviously enhanced at 6 and 12 months post-operation, and significant differences were found(P < 0. 05-P < 0. 01) . The score difference of the SQLQ-W of two groups had no statistical significance at 3 and 6 months post-operation (P > 0. 05) ,while at 12 months post-operation the scores of intervention group were significant higher that of the control group. At 6 and 12 months post-operation, the scores of QOL-BREF of intervention group were higher that of the control group(P < 0. 01) .
