Effect observation of nursing intervention to prevent the adverse reaction of fundus fluorescein angiography

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of whole course nursing intervention in the prevention of adverse reactions caused by fundus fluorescein angiography( FFA) . Methods: Two hundred and sixty-six patients undergone FFA were divided into the intervention group( 141 cases) and control group( 125 cases) .The control group were nursed with conventional nursing.The intervention group were nursed with whole course nursing intervention including the psychological nursig of adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract,nervous system and allergy,slide education and seeing on the spot based on the conventional nursing.The adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of nursing intervention of two groups were observed. Results: The incidence of gastrointestinal tract and nervous system reactions of the intervention group were lower than those in the control group( P 0.01 and P 0.05) .The patient satisfaction of the intervention group( 97.2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 84.8%) ( P 0.01) . Conclusions: During the course of FFA examination and treatment, the psychological nursing,multimedia education and seeing on the spot can greatly reduce the tension and fear of patients,prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction,which can obstain the most best examination effects.
