Clinical analysis of the stereotactic soft channel technology in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of stereotactic soft channel technology in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Forty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the minimally invasive group and control group(20 cases each group).The minimally invasive group and control group were treated with the stereotactic minimally invasive treatment of soft-channel technology and conventional therapy,respectively.Results: The dead patients in minimally invasive group(4 cases) were less than that in control group(10 cases)(P<0.05).The differences of Scandinavian Stroke Scale and Activity of Dolily Living Scale neurological outcome assessment between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions: The clinical effects of stereotactic soft channel technology in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are good,which is minimally invasive,safe,reliable and low mortality and morbidity,and is worth promoting.
