Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of preoperative visiting nursing on psychological status,physiological stress and satisfaction of patients with gynecological tumor. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with gynecological tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group (60 cases each group) . The preoperative visiting nursing was implemented in observation group, then two groups were nursed with routine operation nursing. results: The differences of SAS and SDS scores of two groups at 1 day before operation were not statistical significance(P > 0. 05) , the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group at 3 day after operation were obviously lower than those in control group(P < 0. 01) . The systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate of the observation group at preoperative 5min and skin incision were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0. 01) . The nursing satisfaction of observation group (98. 3%) was significantly higher than that in control group (88. 3%) (P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusions: The preoperative visiting nursing is a high-quality service,which can effectively improve the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients, reduce the physiological stress reactions of patients.
