    The effect of health education clinical pathway in the prevention of constipation after cesarean section

    • Objective: To explore the effects of health education clinical pathway in the prevention of constipation after cesarean section. Methods: One hundred and fifty-six puerperas were randomly divided into control group and observation group(78 cases each group) . The conventional health education and health education clinical pathway were implemented in control group and observation group, respectively. results: The incidence of constipation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P < 0. 05) , the degree of health knowledge and patient satisfaction in observation group were better than that in control group (P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusions: The health education clinical pathway can reduce the incidence rate of constipation after cesarean section and increase the degree of health knowledge and patient satisfaction.
