Analysis of the related factors in fundus arteriosclerosis of worker of Bengbu municipal organizations

Objective: To observe the fundus arteriosclerosis of different ages groups,explore the relationship between fundus arteriosclerosis with high blood pressure,high blood fat,age, sex and profession,analyse its correlation and seek effective prevention measures for samll arteriosclerosis of the groups with occupational characteristics.Methods: The age, sex,blood pressure,blood fat and fundus of 3 200 workers from Bengbu municipal organizations were observed in a hospital medical center.Results: The 896 people (the detection rates accounting for 28.0% of all people)were detected fundus atherosclerosis,which included 542 males(the detection rates accounting for 28.14% of all males)and 354 females(the detection rates accounting for 27.79% of all females).The detection rates of fundus atherosclerosis were significantly increased with age trend.In 896 people with fundus arteriosclerosis there were 421 people with hypertension,accounting for 46.99% and 403 people with hyperlipemia, accounting for 44.98%.Conclusions: Fundus arteriosclerosis is age-related, and hypertention and hyperlipidemia and lifestyle are its risk factors.Early detection and treatment of hypertention and hyperlipidemia, developing healthy habits, strengthen physical exercise and periodic physical examination are the keys of prevention of arteriosclerosis.
